# Clavenar customer legal and secure-exchange pack

This pack contains the standard documents Vanteguard Labs LLC proposes for a
Clavenar pilot or paid deployment:

2. `pilot-agreement.md`
3. `order-form.md`
4. `data-processing-addendum.md`
5. `scc-election.md`
6. `security-data-schedule.md`
7. `procurement-response.md`
8. `secure-exchange-guide.md`

The files are templates, not an offer and not a signed agreement. No template
is binding until the parties execute an Order Form that identifies the exact
versions incorporated. Bracketed fields must be completed before signature.
Pricing and offer economics are deliberately not fixed in this pack.

The machine-readable
`/schemas/customer-legal-exchange-v1.fixture.json` contract publishes the exact
document inventory and SHA-256 commitments. A changed byte requires a new pack
version and renewed approval.
