Terms for the website, documentation, and public demo.
Effective July 10, 2026. These terms apply to clavenar.com and the public Clavenar demo. A design‑partner pilot or paid deployment requires a separate written agreement.
Who we are and acceptance
Clavenar is operated by Vanteguard Labs LLC. By using this website or public demo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services.
Evaluation material, not a production promise
The website, documentation, chain sample, benchmarks, catalog, and demo are provided to help you evaluate the product. Sample events are illustrative. Benchmarks describe the published setup and may not predict your environment. Framework mappings are not certification, attestation, legal advice, or a guarantee of compliance.
The commercial control plane is founder‑led and pre‑v1. Do not use the public demo for production work, secrets, personal data, regulated data, real financial actions, or operational credentials.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another person's session, data, account, or systems.
- Do not disrupt, overload, scrape excessively, evade rate limits, or interfere with the site or shared demo.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful material, secrets, or data you lack permission to use.
- Security research must follow the published coordinated disclosure policy. Good‑faith research within that policy is welcome.
We may suspend access needed to protect the service, visitors, or third parties.
Open source and intellectual property
Open‑source repositories and release artifacts are governed by the license included with each project. Those licenses control if they conflict with these website terms. Vanteguard Labs LLC and its licensors retain rights in the Clavenar name, website content, non‑open‑source software, and materials not expressly licensed.
If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Clavenar without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
External services
The site links to services such as GitHub and uses providers for delivery, analytics, and abuse prevention. We do not control third‑party services, and their own terms and notices apply.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the website, public demo, and evaluation materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, non‑infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that they will detect or prevent every unsafe agent action.
To the extent permitted by law, Vanteguard Labs LLC and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or goodwill arising from these free public services. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
